Steps to Find Your Purpose:

  2. Set Meaningful Goals: Think about what you want to achieve. Write down both short-term and long-term goals that align with your values and passions.

  3. Engage in Activities You Enjoy: Document the activities that make you happy and fulfilled. Whether it’s volunteering, creative projects, or hobbies, these can provide clues to your purpose.

  4. Connect with Others: Write about your interactions with friends, family, and mentors. Their insights and support can help you identify your strengths and passions.

  5. Explore New Interests: Use your journal to track new experiences and interests. Experiment with different activities and note how they make you feel.
